KATA PENGANTAR

Sany Perkasa.

Selama tahun 2015 lalu, penjualan alat berat PT.

FOREWORD

Almost found in all parts of Indonesia is currently carrying out development in all fields, especially in the field of infrastructure continuously.

The government has always launched various development programs in various areas through the budget that has been approved by the deputies, so the repair of roads, bridges, modern and traditional markets, buildings for public facilities such as schools, hospitals, recreation places, railway stations, terminals, factories, government offices, and others.

Not only from the government, the private sector also has a role that is no less important. Expanding factories everywhere create jobs created, there are mining companies, plantation, manufacturing, forestry, industry and others increasingly widespread.

One thing that is a concern of the above phenomena is their equipment to carry out such work. All of the development process using a tool that we call the heavy equipment. Examples of when building roads, is not a day longer if only rely on human power alone. Indispensable heavy equipment in the process.

Process of any development, the necessary equipment is qualified. Moreover, contractors and developers really need.

When in mid-2008 and then the global financial crisis, its impact on new heavy equipment industry was in 2009, because until the end of 2008 generally heavy equipment only fulfill orders that have been made previously. The turmoil of the financial crisis are felt in 2009 with the number of planned purchases of heavy equipment that was postponed, because a project that will use them to be delayed, such as the property and construction projects.

Generally barriers that occur because of the difficulty of financing, even for projects that are still way too such as coal mining and oil palm plantations, procurement of heavy equipment to be difficult, due to delays in funding.

Entering 2010, the heavy equipment industry was able to bounce back, because of the global financial crisis did not have much impact on the Indonesian economy.

Coal mining back purchases of heavy equipment, as well as projects such as oil palm plantations. Meanwhile property projects already started to rise in line with the recovery of the financial sector in Indonesia that did not experience a lot of negative influence of the global financial crisis.

At that time in 2010, the actor in the heavy equipment industry viewed with optimism and will be able to increase sales return. Proven during the first half of 2010 production of heavy equipment in Indonesia has reached 2,495 units, an increase much compared to 2009, due to the overall production in 2009 only reached 1,814 units.

Meanwhile, the heavy equipment market is facing severe challenges. The mining sector as the largest consumer of capital goods is currently under heavy pressure due to weakening commodity prices. However, the production of heavy equipment is ongoing.

Moreover, according to data from the Association of Indonesian Heavy Equipment (HINABI), represented by its chairman named Jamaluddin in 2015 and have targeted heavy equipment domestic production of 6,000 units per year. HINABI claims still optimistic along with the acceleration of infrastructure development by the government, the target will be achieved.

Until the end of the year, domestic production of heavy equipment can be increased with the contribution of government infrastructure development projects and achieve the ideal capacity optimization.

In addition, that in order to improve the performance of heavy equipment sales, the manufacturers have plans to increase penetration into the export market, mainly to ASEAN countries, namely Malaysia and Thailand.

The strategy also coupled with enhanced penetration into sectors other than coal mining, such as agriculture, forestry, and construction or infrastructure, both within the country and abroad.

The construction sector is still a major market share of heavy equipment in 2016/2017

According to the Chairman of HINABI, Jamaluddin predicts that demand for heavy equipment in 2016 will be more for construction. This is because many government projects are starting to move. As for the sectors of mining and plantation industries, heavy equipment demand is declining.

Start increasing construction sector also experienced a heavy equipment distributor, PT. Sany Perkasa.

Over the last 2015 years, sales of heavy equipment PT. Sany Perkasa more absorbed by the construction sector, which reached 70% of total sales of heavy equipment.

PT. Sany Perkasa estimates, sales of heavy equipment during 2016 and will be dominated from the construction sector by 60%. While 30% of the plantation sector and the rest comes from the mining sector.
